  1. Room Bookings:
    • Cancellation by the Customer:
      • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booking time are eligible for a full refund.
      • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
    • Cancellation by DDD Studio:
      • If we are forced to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
  2. Dance Classes and Events:
    • Refunds for prepaid classes or events are available if cancellations are made at least 48 hours before the event date.
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this time frame.
  3. Memberships and Subscriptions:
    • Refunds for unused membership periods are considered on a case-by-case basis.
    • No refunds are available for partially used subscription terms.

2. Refund Policy for Products

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
    • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
  2. Non-Refundable Items:
    • Customized or personalized items.
    • Items purchased on sale or with special discounts.
  3. Refund Process:
    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
