1. Refund Policy for Services
- Room Bookings:
- Cancellation by the Customer:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booking time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation by DDD Studio:
- If we are forced to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
- Cancellation by the Customer:
- Dance Classes and Events:
- Refunds for prepaid classes or events are available if cancellations are made at least 48 hours before the event date.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this time frame.
- Memberships and Subscriptions:
- Refunds for unused membership periods are considered on a case-by-case basis.
- No refunds are available for partially used subscription terms.
2. Refund Policy for Products
- Eligibility for Returns:
- Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
- Non-Refundable Items:
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items purchased on sale or with special discounts.
- Refund Process:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
